LIMITED RELEASE

We have two Barley Spirits ready for you to add to your collection.

Coming from different barrels the two spirits are rather different in flavour.

B A R R E L  105

Tropical, malty, caramel

Only 72 bottles, each individually numbered.

Barley spirit aged in *new sessile oak barrel.

These troprical fruit flavours are the first hearts cuts from the distillation.

7 months on oak.

B A R R E L  107

Plum, floral, rich

Only 77 bottles, each individually numbered.

Barley spirit aged in *new sessile oak barrels.

11 months on oak.

They are technically not whisky; in Australia, the barley spirit must be aged for at least 2 years in barrels to be classed a whisky.

*New barrel refers to the barrel condition. The barrels used for these spirits were 'un-aged'; most barley spirit is aged in barrels that have had sherry or port wines in them - this is what give whiskys such rich and diverse flavours. However, these spirits were aged in new barrels, making for much lighter, floral and earthy flavours.

For whisky nerds, this is very cool information!

Available in 500mL and 200mL bottles.
