LONG RAYS DARK SODA

Dark Soda is perfect for dark spirits made from Orange peel, ginger, smoked vanilla and kola nut for sweetness and body. The ginger and orange in the dark soda reinforce the traditional Christmas-time botanicals found in the Christmas Gin, while the smoked vanilla and kola nut provide a new dimension to you mixed drink.





HOW TO MIX CHRISTMAS GIN

  1. Choose your favourite glass, and pretty whisky tumbler would be a good choice.
  2. Add three large ice cubes (to represent the three wise kings).
  3. 30mL of Mrs Baker's Festive & Frivolous Christmas Gin.
  4. Garnish with sprig of rosemary (like a mini Christmas tree) or a slice of dried citrus
  5. Top up to taste with Long Rays Dark Soda
  6. Now get on with all those other Christmas preparations!
