Soulful Endeavour - Mrs Baker's SHIRAZ GIN

Made annually with Shiraz grapes harvested from our vineyard. This gin is great as a winter spirit with its deep fruity and savoury flavours.


Makes a great gin and tonic. Also lovely with a little dash of soda.

Garnish with rosemary or a thinly sliced circle of red apple.

COCKTAIL SUGGESTION - French 75

  • 30ml Sensual & Intellectual Dry Gin
  • 15ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 100ml Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 5-10ml Soulful Endeavour Shiraz Gin

Combine Dry gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker, then add ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute and gently 'stain' the top with shiraz gin by pouring it in over the back of a teaspoon. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and serve.
