A Little About Us
Female run Micro-distillery  |  Gins, Liqueurs & Whisky

We are tucked away in the quiet Glenpatrick valley of the Pyrenees Ranges, Western Victoria - about 50 minutes north-west of Ballarat. 

Mrs Baker's Still House is female lead micro-distillery making award winning gins, liqueurs & whisky.  We are a very tight-knit mother-and-daughters team; Jane Baker the founder and power-house, Elizabeth the distiller and Georgette the designer.

We share a passion for low-impact production methods, sourcing locally grown botanicals and using an award winning 100% solar-powered distillation process.
We absolutely love the landscape that we call home and are incredibly passionate about crafting spirits that harness the flavours of the Pyrenees.
