FIRST RELEASE | 2023 | LIMITED Locally grown barley, malted in Ballarat Bottled at 46% ABV. Irresistibly vibrant and bright, smooth mouthfeel. Balanced toffee, vanilla & toasted oak notes. Non-peated. Matured in 125L american oak casks for 2 years.

Single Malt WHISKY This is our first release of Whisky! ~ toffee, vanilla & toasted oak ~ Mt Sugarloaf is the first whisky to be made at Mrs Baker's Still House. As the name suggests, it is a full of scrumptious sweet notes, coming from the ex fortified-shiraz wine casks it matured in. This is a small batch blended from 2 barrels, Barrel 101 & Barrel 102, both are 125L quarter-casks making for richly flavoured whisky. LIMITED RELEASE Only 175 bottles made. Female run Micro-distillery | Gins, Liqueurs & Whisky
We are tucked away in the quiet Glenpatrick valley of the Pyrenees Ranges, Western Victoria - about 50 minutes north-west of Ballarat. Mrs Baker's Still House is female lead mirco-distillery making award winning gins, liqueurs & whisky. We are a very tight-knit mother-and-daughters team; Jane Baker the founder and power-house, Elizabeth the distiller and Georgette the designer. We share a passion for low-impact production methods, sourcing locally grown botanicals and using an award winning 100% solar-powered distillation process. We absolutely love the landscape that we call home and are incredibly passionate about crafting spirits that “harness the flavours of the Pyrenees”.
