Our StoryFamily owned, family run. A close-knit mother-daughter-daughter team leads Mrs Baker's Still House. Elizabeth the distiller, Jane the botanist, and Georgette the designer. The distillery is located at Glenpatrick in the Pyrenees Ranges. Many of the gin botanicals are grown on the farm. The Baker family moved from inner-city Melbourne over 20 years ago to establish a vineyard in the famous Pyrenees wine region. After a number of successful vintages, the Baker's turned their hand to distilling, and that is when Mrs Baker's Still House started in 2016. |

Pyrenees RangesThe Pyrenees Ranges in central Victoria has wide open spaces with stunning natural views. Nestled in the Ranges you’ll find the tiny hamlet of Glenpatrick. Little more than thirty people live in this pristine valley, where grazing land joins rugged forest. Glenpatrick is renowned for the peace and tranquility. This is the home of Mrs Baker’s Still House. Located fifty minutes west of Ballarat, and fifty minutes east of Halls Gap. The DistilleryThe distillery operates with three stills, they are called "David", "Electra" and "Franklin". Electra is our largest still and she is used for the production of high strength spirit for gin, and whisky distillations. David and Franklin are used for the distillation for botanicals to create the amazing range of gins and liqueurs. In 2021 the distillery cut over to being 100% solar powered, making Mrs Baker's gin sustainable for the future. |
