Gin Salt is salt flakes blended with botanical ingredients from our Sensual & Intellectual dry gin. We collect the botanicals after the gin distillation, dry them and then blend them with Australian sea salt flakes.


There are three different flavours:

  1. Original, made with just the gin botanicals. Great for beef and lamb.
  2. Citrus, made with extra dried orange. Great for pork or lamb.
  3. Lemon Verbena, made with extra dried Lemon Verbena. Great for chicken or lamb.


How to use gin salt:

We recommend these as meat rubs for lamb, chicken, pork and beef. You can also use them on roast vegetables, barbecued eggplant or toss though homemade potato chips - very yum.
