Gin Salt is salt flakes blended with botanical ingredients from our Sensual & Intellectual dry gin. We collect the botanicals after the gin distillation, dry them and then blend them with Australian sea salt flakes.
There are three different flavours:
- Original, made with just the gin botanicals. Great for beef and lamb.
- Citrus, made with extra dried orange. Great for pork or lamb.
- Lemon Verbena, made with extra dried Lemon Verbena. Great for chicken or lamb.
How to use gin salt:
We recommend these as meat rubs for lamb, chicken, pork and beef. You can also use them on roast vegetables, barbecued eggplant or toss though homemade potato chips - very yum.
